AULI, JOSHIMATH AUGUST 01 — Emphasizing the foundational military doctrine that victory is decided long before the first step onto the battlefield, Major General Amaresh Gunjan, SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the elite Golden Key Division, carried out an extensive operational review at the high-altitude Foreign Training Node (FTN) in Auli, Joshimath.
