The Lieutenant Governor emphasized his mission to secure a bright future full of opportunity for the youth in border areas, stating that the world must see these locations not as the last hamlets, but as the beginning of a great dream. He noted that every family across the 133 border villages of Poonch must feel the same pride, prosperity, and hope as those in larger cities.
He shared a vision to transform all 133 border villages of Poonch, including the 18 strategic villages brought under the second phase of the Vibrant Village program, into flourishing communities and centers of opportunity so that women and children can build their futures locally.
