CNS Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi Reviews Operational Readiness at Eastern Naval Command

VISAKHAPATNAM, May 13, 2026 — Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), concluded a comprehensive three-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command (ENC) in Visakhapatnam, spanning May 10 to May 12. During the visit, the CNS conducted an extensive review of the command’s operational, training, and administrative frameworks, which included a day at sea to personally evaluate the combat readiness and functional aspects of the Eastern Fleet. Interacting directly with officers and sailors, he praised their high level of professionalism and unwavering commitment to protecting India’s maritime interests.
