DG Assam Rifles interacts with GOC CIF(K) at Srinagar

Srinagar May 13,2026 :- Majid Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General Assam Rifles interacted with Maj Gen Tushar Sharma, VSM, General Officer Commanding, CIF(K) at Srinagar on 13 May 2026.

The meeting provided an opportunity for meaningful discussions on the prevailing security environment, operational preparedness and issues of mutual interest.

Both officers also exchanged views on strengthening coordination and enhancing synergy in the region.
