119 Infantry Battalion TA adjudged best Territorial Army unit in Eastern Command for 2025-26

KOLKATA, May 13, 2026 :- The 119 Infantry Battalion (TA) has been officially recognized as the premier Territorial Army unit within the Eastern Command for the 2025-26 operational year.

During a dedicated ceremony, the Army Commander of Eastern Command, VMB Krishnan, presented the prestigious Eastern Army Commander’s Banner to the unit in acknowledgment of its outstanding contributions and operational efficiency.
