Udhampur Range Police Headquarters Hosts Piping And Medal Ceremony For Officers

UDHAMPUR, July 09, 2026: A piping-cum-medal ceremony was held at the Range Police Headquarters in Udhampur today during a simple yet impressive function to mark the promotion of Sub-Inspector Kartar Chand and Assistant Sub-Inspector Sanjay Kumar.

Shiv Kumar Sharma-IPS, DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range ceremonially adorned the promoted officers with their new ranks. During the event, the DGP Commendation Certificate and Medal were also presented to Raj Kumar Kaul, DySP Staff Officer RPHQ Udhampur, Inspector (S) Vikas Sharma, and Sgct Sanjog Kumar Sharma of RPHQ Udhampur in recognition of their meritorious service during the year 2025.
