NCC West Bengal and Sikkim Directorate partners with Rakshak Foundation to secure jobs for 220 cadets

Among the selected individuals, 83 Senior Wing female cadets successfully availed themselves of these purposeful avenues for professional growth and development. The Rakshak Foundation extended exceptional support throughout the recruitment drive by conducting efficient interviews, providing transparent explanations of the job roles, and managing meticulous documentation to ensure a seamless hiring process.
The successful onboarding of these selected cadets is scheduled to commence immediately.
