Indian Army and foreign military officers explore advanced technology training in Jabalpur
JABALPUR, May 31, 2026 :- A group of 29 officers from the Army Ordnance Corps of the Indian Army, along with 11 officers from friendly foreign nations, visited the 1 Signal Training Centre in Jabalpur to strengthen professional military education and defense cooperation.
The visiting officers, who are currently attending the Basic Ordnance Management Course at the Military College of Material Management, were provided with a comprehensive overview of modern defense capabilities aimed at bridging borders and advancing military skills.
During the visit, the officers were oriented to a state-of-the-art training ecosystem, advanced laboratories, and new-age battlefield technologies that are shaping the future of global military operations.
The delegation gained valuable exposure to critical modern domains, including cyber training, drone operations, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things-based military applications.
The interaction highlighted the growing importance of technology-enabled readiness in modern warfare while providing a vital platform for professional exchange, shared learning, and reinforcing bonds of trust with international partners.
