Rajput Regimental Training Centre conducts disaster relief reconnaissance in Farrukhabad
FARRUKHABAD, JUNE 12, 2026 — The Rajput Regimental Training Centre conducted a specialized Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief reconnaissance mission across the Amritpur and Kayamganj tehsils of Farrukhabad district to strengthen emergency preparedness ahead of the upcoming monsoon season.
During the field assessment, military teams mapped out potential deployment and evacuation routes, evaluated emergency response timelines, and identified district-level coordination headquarters.
The personnel also established direct communication channels and close liaison with the civil administration, the National Disaster Response Force, the State Disaster Response Force, and other emergency management stakeholders.
The field exercise provided crucial ground-level familiarization with available disaster management resources, relief equipment, and the regional administrative framework. This proactive initiative significantly enhances situational awareness, interoperability, and operational synergy among all participating agencies, reinforcing the commitment of the Indian Army to support civil authorities through rapid response and humanitarian assistance during natural calamities.
