Central Command Chief Reviews Officer Selection Process at Selection Centre East

ALLAHABAD, MAY 06: Anindya Sengupta, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Command, concluded a two-day visit to Selection Centre East today. During the visit, which took place on May 05 and 06, D R Rai, Commandant of the centre, briefed the visiting official on the nuances of the SSB selection process and the various modern initiatives currently being implemented at the facility.

The visit focused on a comprehensive review of the testing infrastructure and recent upgrades aimed at refining the officer selection system. Anindya Sengupta inspected the specialized facilities used to evaluate candidates and assessed the progress of ongoing developmental projects.

The review emphasized the focus on maintaining high standards of transparency and efficiency in identifying future leadership for the forces.In recognition of outstanding service, Commendation Cards were presented to two personnel at the centre for their exemplary performance and professional dedication.

The visit underscores the continuous efforts to modernize the recruitment framework and ensure that the selection environment remains conducive to identifying the most capable individuals for the nation.
