Vice President Radhakrishnan Arrives in Jaipur for University Convocation and Cancer Survivors Day

JAIPUR, April 25, 2026 – Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan received a warm welcome at Jaipur International Airport today upon his arrival in the capital of Rajasthan.

He was received by Governor Haribhau Kisanrao Bagde, Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa, and several other high-ranking officials. The visit underscores the importance of the scheduled engagements in the city involving key educational and healthcare institutions.

During his visit to Jaipur, the Vice President is slated to attend two major events. He will preside over the 35th Convocation of the University of Rajasthan, where he will interact with the academic community and graduating students.

Additionally, he will participate in the 23rd Cancer Survivors’ Day organized by the Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, an event dedicated to honoring the resilience of those who have battled the disease and highlighting advancements in cancer care.
