Udhampur administration conducts mock drill ahead of NEET UG re-test

UDHAMPUR, June 20, 2026 — A comprehensive mock drill was conducted today at both examination centers in Udhampur district to review overall preparedness and ensure the seamless conduct of the upcoming NEET UG re-test scheduled for June 21, 2026.

The proactive exercise was jointly supervised by the Additional Deputy Commissioner and the Additional Superintendent of Police of Udhampur. During the drill, senior officials inspected and reviewed on-site security arrangements, regional traffic management plans, strict access control measures, and candidate frisking procedures at the venues.

The deployed police personnel were thoroughly briefed on the explicit rules of examination duty, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high vigilance, facilitating the smooth movement of candidates, preventing any unauthorized access, and upholding the overall sanctity of the examination process.

Following the evaluation, all logistical and security arrangements were found to be fully in place, and final instructions were issued to the concerned officers to ensure a completely smooth, secure, and incident-free examination day.
