Team Warriors Scripts Golden History with 6 Gold Medals at India Open International Taekwondo Championship 2026

Sopore, June 2: Team Warriors, functioning under Chinar Yuva Dangiwacha and affiliated with the Taekwondo Association of District Baramulla, delivered an outstanding performance at the India Open International Taekwondo Championship 2026 held at the Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Stadium, bringing laurels to Kashmir on the international stage.
Under the expert guidance of Coach Mohsin Ali, six athletes from Team Warriors represented the region and achieved a remarkable milestone by securing six gold medals out of six events, maintaining a perfect record throughout the championship.
The prestigious tournament witnessed participation from athletes representing several countries, including Nepal, United States, Thailand, South Korea and Malaysia, making the achievement even more significant.
The team expressed gratitude to RR Battalion Rafiabad for its unwavering support and encouragement, which enabled the athletes to participate in the prestigious championship and showcase their talent at an international level.
