Holy Relics Of Tathagata Depart Ladakh After Successful 14 Day Exposition
LEH, May 15, 2026 — Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Vinai Kumar Saxena joined the local community to bid an emotional farewell to the Holy Relics of the Tathagata as they departed from the region following a significant 14-day exposition.
The departure was marked by a ceremonial Guard of Honour at the Leh Airport, concluding a period that transformed the entire territory into a hub of spiritual awakening and prayer. During the stay, the sacred relics were taken across various monasteries, remote villages, and mountainous terrains, drawing immense devotion and reverence from residents and visitors alike.
