Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta Celebrates Holi with Indian Army Jawans in Ladakh

LEH, March 4, 2026 — Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta joined the brave jawans of the Indian Army to celebrate the vibrant festival of Holi today, marking the occasion with traditional fervor and high spirits at the frontier.

Accompanied by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 14 Corps, Lt General Hitesh Bhalla, the Lieutenant Governor interacted with the soldiers who are stationed in some of the world’s most challenging terrains to guard the nation’s borders.
