BSF Dominates 19th All India Police Sports Shooting Competition 2026: Records 15 Medals and 4 Major Trophies

INDORE, March 01, 2026 — The Border Security Force (BSF) shooting team has once again cemented its reputation as a powerhouse in marksmanship by delivering a stellar performance at the 19th All India Police Sports Shooting Competition 2026, held at the BSF Central School of Weapons and Tactics in Indore. Over the course of the week-long elite tournament, the BSF contingent showcased unparalleled precision and discipline, securing a massive haul of 15 medals, including 09 Gold, 04 Silver, and 02 Bronze.

This dominant display led the force to clinch four of the most prestigious accolades of the event: the Best Rifle Trophy (Men), the Best Rifle Trophy (Women), the Best Pistol Trophy (Women), and the coveted Overall Championship Trophy (Women).

The competition reached a high point with the crowning of Constable Dhiram Moni Ray as the “Best Shooter of the Competition,” who was awarded the AIPSCB Chairman Trophy for exceptional individual skill.
