Southern Command Chief Reviews Operational Preparedness of Golden Katar Division

GANDHINAGAR, July 29 — Lieutenant General Rajesh Pushkar, Army Commander of the Southern Command, visited the Golden Katar Division to review its operational preparedness, combat readiness, and capability enhancement initiatives.

During the visit, emphasis was placed on technology-enabled training, logistics sustainability, and ongoing modernization measures designed to keep the forces battle-ready.

The Army Commander also commended the formation for its exemplary performance and swift action in executing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations during the recent floods in Gujarat.
