Samba Police Hold Cyber Security Workshop for Personnel to Boost Digital Safety and Hygiene
SAMBA, JULY 29 — Samba Police organized a comprehensive Cyber Security Awareness Workshop at the Conference Hall of the District Police Office (DPO) Samba on Wednesday to sensitize force personnel on essential cyber security practices and basic digital hygiene. Conducted under the directives of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Samba, the training session brought together DPO staff and officers from all subordinate units across the district.
Technical experts from the District Technical Team (DTT) Samba alongside the Incharge of the DPO IT Section delivered an in-depth PowerPoint presentation covering emerging cyber threats, preventive protocols, and actionable measures to safeguard sensitive official data. Emphasizing that digital defense is a collective responsibility, DySP Headquarters Samba urged all participating personnel to strictly enforce and adhere to cyber security advisories issued by both the district office and higher headquarters.
