Director Agriculture Jammu Inspects Sectoral Offices to Boost Efficiency and Public Service Delivery

JAMMU, JULY 29 — Director Agriculture Jammu Anil Gupta today conducted an extensive on-the-spot inspection of various sectoral offices under the Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu, to review their operational efficiency, office management, staff attendance, and public service delivery.

Accompanied by Deputy Director Agriculture (Central) Sanjeev Rai Gupta, the Director assessed day-to-day operations, official records, and ongoing departmental initiatives. Emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy toward unauthorized absence, habitual tardiness, and duty negligence, he issued strict instructions to ensure punctuality, warning that violators would face disciplinary action under relevant service rules.

Furthermore, the Director urged all sectoral heads to maintain meticulous records, streamline official workflows, and adopt a citizen-centric, farmer-friendly approach to accelerate the implementation of key agricultural schemes and development programs across the region.
