Newly Promoted Traffic Police Head Constables Decorated at RTHQ Jammu Pipping Ceremony

JAMMU, JULY 09, 2026: A pipping ceremony for newly promoted head constables of the Traffic Police was held today at the Range Traffic Headquarters (RTHQ) Jammu. During the event, Selection Grade Constables (Sgct) Santok Singh, Suraj Kumar Bhat, and Sanjeev Kumar were officially pinned with their new ranks. The ceremony was led by Dr. Mohd Haseeb Mughal, DIG Traffic Range Jammu, alongside Ramesh Kataria, Superintendent of Police (S)/Principal Private Secretary, who formally decorated the promoted officials. Several other dignitaries and staff members attended the event, including Voonesh Sangotra (Sr PO, RTHQ), Inspector Ruby Dhar (PA), SI Sham Lal, and ASI (S) Nagesh Sharma.
