Jammu Students Lead Awareness Rally Under Nasha Mukt Abhiyan in Arnia Sector

Jammu, May 9, 2026:- As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Abhiyan, students and staff from Modern Public School, Seer Balah, organized an impactful awareness rally today through the villages of Hansa and Birla in the Arnia sector.

Commencing at 10:00 AM under the jurisdiction of Border Police Post Dewangarh, the initiative saw the active participation of nearly 50 students and their teachers. The primary objective of the march was to educate local residents about the devastating consequences of drug abuse and to inspire the younger generation to reject narcotics in favor of a healthy, productive lifestyle.

The participants marched through the village streets carrying placards and chanting slogans that called for a drug-free society and collective community action against the menace of addiction. Local residents highly appreciated the initiative, noting the importance of such grassroots efforts in safeguarding the youth.

The peaceful rally, which concluded at 10:40 AM, is a key component of the broader mission to foster community participation and ensure the complete eradication of drug-related issues from the Jammu region.
