Inner Wheel District 307 Boosts Student Welfare at Sanasar Middle School
SANASAR, May 2, 2026:- Inner Wheel District 307 and the Inner Wheel Club of Udhampur recently completed a comprehensive service initiative at Government Middle School Chouri in Sanasar.
The project focused on providing both educational resources and essential health services to the local student body. Led by District Chairman Priti Khajuria, the organization distributed a significant volume of supplies to ensure students are well-equipped for their studies and the upcoming colder months.
The distribution included 110 school bags, 110 pairs of shoes, and 110 pairs of socks, along with 110 woolen caps to provide warmth. To further support academic growth, the clubs provided 200 copies of Meri Kitab and 200 pens.
These contributions aim to alleviate the financial burden on families and motivate children to stay engaged with their education.Health played a central role in the day’s activities through an eye check-up camp.
Medical professionals screened 110 students, and those identified with vision issues received spectacles for near vision. This intervention is designed to remove physical barriers to learning, as improved eyesight directly impacts classroom performance and literacy.
The total investment for these initiatives amounted to 1 lakh, reflecting a significant commitment to the welfare of underprivileged children in the region.
The event was attended by several members, including Mohini Baigra, Anu Sanson, Usha Kiran, Neelam Buccha, and Manju Baru. School staff and community members expressed gratitude for the support, noting that such impactful projects are vital for the future development of the community.
