Fire and Fury Corps Commander Reviews Operational Readiness in Chushul Sector

CHUSHUL, India — July 14, 2026 — Lieutenant General Madanraj Pande, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Fire and Fury Corps, visited the strategically vital Chushul Sector today to comprehensively review operational preparedness within the challenging, super-high-altitude environment.
During the high-level security assessment, the Corps Commander directly interacted with deployed personnel from the Indian Army, Indian Air Force (IAF), and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). Pande highly commended the troops for their exceptional professionalism, rigorous combat readiness, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the nation’s frontiers under demanding operational conditions.
