Delhi metro security team honored for stopping cable theft
NEW DELHI, June 27, 2026 :- The Chief Security Commissioner of the Delhi Mass Rapid Transit System, Suvashis Choudhary, honored Central Industrial Security Force and Delhi Police personnel with commendation letters today.
The security personnel were recognized for their outstanding teamwork and prompt intervention in apprehending cable thieves at the Mukundpur Depot.The quick response, vigilance, and seamless coordination between the security forces protected critical public infrastructure and successfully averted a major disruption to Delhi Metro operations.
