Three SSB Jawans Injured in Multi-Vehicle Convoy Collision Near Ramban’s Kelamorh Tunnel

SRINAGAR, August 08, 2026 — At least three Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel sustained injuries on Saturday following a chain-reaction collision involving three vehicles within an official convoy near the Kelamorh Tunnel in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district. The incident occurred while the security personnel were traveling along the highway route from Srinagar toward Jammu.

According to official sources, the three vehicles collided into one another under circumstances currently being investigated by local authorities. Immediately following the impact, emergency response teams and fellow security personnel moved to assist the victims. All three injured personnel were swiftly evacuated from the crash site and transported to District Hospital Ramban for medical evaluation and treatment.
