Future Warfare Symposium at CDM Secunderabad Highlights Multi Domain Operations and AI
SECUNDERABAD, August 08, 2026 – The College of Defence Management in Secunderabad hosted a symposium titled Convergence of Domains: Emergence of Future Warfare to analyze the evolving dynamics of modern battlefields. The event was inaugurated by Air Vice Marshal Yalla Umesh, AOC-in-C Maintenance Command, bringing together military leaders, researchers, and technology experts to discuss strategies for future defense readiness.
Panelists focused on integrating Multi-Domain Operations, artificial intelligence, unmanned systems, and advanced defense technologies into the operational frameworks of the armed forces. Key participants included experts from the Services, defense research entities such as LRDE and CABS, and private sector representatives from Zuppa Geo Nav, Zen Technologies, Tecknotrove Systems, and Tractrix Opto Dynamics. Discussions emphasized that future military success will depend heavily on the seamless combination of strategic planning and modern technological capabilities.
