Indian Army Showcases Advanced Weapons and Drones at Hanle for Kargil Vijay Diwas

LEH, July 14, 2026: The Indian Army Fire and Fury Corps organized a major weapon and equipment display at Hanle in Ladakh as part of the 27th Kargil Vijay Diwas commemorations on Monday.

The exhibition featured cutting-edge weaponry, advanced drones, and sophisticated surveillance systems, highlighting the military forces’ technological progress and operational preparedness in challenging high-altitude terrains.

The event drew large crowds, including local residents, students, and teachers from the region. Attendees received an immersive look into modern battlefield capabilities while paying tribute to the courage and sacrifices of the soldiers from Operation Vijay.

Army officials noted that the interactive initiative succeeded in further strengthening the long-standing relationship between the military and the local communities of Ladakh.
