Indian Army’s Rising Star Corps Commander Reviews Operational Readiness for SANJY 2026

JAMMU, July 09, 2026 — The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Indian Army’s Rising Star Corps carried out a comprehensive security and operational review of the troops deployed for the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY26).

During the high-level visit, the Commander closely assessed the tactical response mechanisms, security frameworks, and overall combat readiness of the deployed personnel to ensure absolute safety and seamless execution of the pilgrimage.
