NCC NER Directorate dominates West Bengal and Sikkim in Pre-Subroto football opener

NAMCHI July 08 — The National Cadet Corps North East Region Directorate registered a commanding 9-3 victory over the NCC West Bengal and Sikkim Directorate in the opening match of the Pre-Subroto Football Tournament at the Bhaichung Stadium.
