Air Force Training Command Chief reviews medical and dental training institutes in Bengaluru

BENGALURU July 08 — Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the IAF Training Command, Air Marshal S Shrinivas, visited the Medical Training Centre and the Air Force Institute of Dental Sciences in Bengaluru on July 8, 2026.

During the visit to the Medical Training Centre, the commander was briefed on the institution’s role, training curriculum, and achievements in producing proficient medical professionals. He inspected the advanced human anatomy and physiology training simulator and evaluated critical casualty evacuation procedures alongside the existing medical infrastructure.

At the Air Force Institute of Dental Sciences, the Air Marshal commended the institute’s commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, clinical excellence, research, and professional training specifically tailored to military and aviation dentistry.

Concluding his visit, he interacted directly with the staff and trainees at both centers, expressing his appreciation for the high quality of training provided and the effective integration of modern technology across their educational programs.
