Outgoing GOC 14 Corps Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla Meets Ladakh Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena in Leh

LEH, June 27, 2026 — The outgoing General Officer Commanding of 14 Corps, Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, called on Ladakh Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena today at the Lieutenant Governor Secretariat in Leh.

During the meeting, the Lieutenant Governor expressed deep appreciation for the general’s dedicated service, outstanding leadership in safeguarding the frontiers of India, and his continuous efforts toward strengthening civil-military cooperation across the region.
