Kishtwar driving tests postponed due to inclement weather

Kishtwar 02 September :- The Office of the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO), Kishtwar, has announced the postponement of all driving skill tests scheduled for Wednesday, 03 September 2025.

The decision has been taken due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions, citing public safety and convenience as the primary reasons.

A new date for the examinations will be notified separately in the coming days. All concerned applicants have been urged to take note of the change and await further official communication.
