Darbhanga Airport Aviation Security Reviewed by CISF DGP

DARBHANGA, MAY 15, 2026Following the successful takeover of security responsibilities at Darbhanga Airport, Praveer Ranjan, DGP CISF, along with Binita Thakur, ADG/APS and Senthil Avoodai Krishna Raj S, IG/APS-I, visited the airport to review operational preparedness and welfare arrangements for CISF personnel.

During the visit, he inspected barrack accommodation, mess facilities, Security Hold Area and other critical operational infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, preparedness and effective security management at the airport in accordance with BCAS norms and aviation security protocols.

The visit reaffirmed CISF’s commitment towards maintaining the highest standards of aviation security and personnel welfare.
