COAS General Dwivedi strengthens India-Algeria defence ties in key meetings

New Delhi 28 August :- General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) interacted with Major General Aouamari, Chief of Military Training, Algeria. Discussions centred on training methodologies, professional military education, sharing of best practices and potential exchange programmes for officers & cadets, underscoring the shared commitment to strengthening institutional linkages between the two Armies.

The COAS also interacted with the representatives of Military Industries of Algeria. The interaction focused on avenues of cooperation between India & Algeria in defence production, technology and innovation, underscoring shared commitment towards strengthening bilateral Defence Cooperation.
