UDHAMPUR, FEBRUARY 14: In a vibrant display of spiritual fervor and communal harmony, the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Chenani, Balwant Singh Mankotia, joined Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, to officially flag off the 4th annual Kanwar Yatra from Jakhani today.
Organized in anticipation of the upcoming Maha Shivratri festival, the flagging-off ceremony marked the beginning of a significant pilgrimage for local devotees.
