JAMMU, February 13, 2026 — In a move to bolster regional stability and defensive posture, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps conducted a high-level security review across the forward sectors of Pallanwala and Rajouri.
Accompanied by the GOC of the Cross Swords Division and the GOC of Romeo Force, the leadership assessed the current security landscape and the effectiveness of the Counter-Terrorism Grid. The review focused on ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence along the Line of Control (LoC), particularly in light of the challenging geography that defines the region.
The White Knight Corps emphasized that despite the “unforgiving terrain” and harsh environmental conditions, Indian Army personnel remain in a state of constant vigilance. The inspection confirmed that troops are not only alert but fully prepared and battle-ready to thwart any security threats or infiltrations.
This strategic oversight underscores the Army’s commitment to maintaining a robust defensive wall and ensuring a swift, decisive response to any provocations in these sensitive border zones.
