Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare, and Education Sakeena Itoo emphasized this approach during a series of public grievance meetings with multiple delegations and individual citizens at the Civil Secretariat.

The Minister gave a patient hearing to every presentation, assuring the public that their genuine concerns would be reviewed on priority and shared with the relevant departments for swift action.
