Newly commissioned Rajput Regiment officers train with Agniveers to build leadership skills
FATEHGARH, Jul 14 — Newly commissioned officers of the Rajput Regiment spent a day living and training alongside Agniveers of the AV-09 batch as part of their Young Officers Orientation Capsule. The initiative was designed to help the new officers understand the daily routines, training challenges, and experiences of the recruits they will eventually command.
By participating directly in the daily schedule, the young officers gained firsthand insight into the journey that transforms recruits into disciplined, combat-ready soldiers.
The Rajput Regimental Centre organized the program to foster mutual respect, strengthen camaraderie, and reinforce the military principle of leading by example. The hands-on experience aims to shape empathetic and effective leaders who can guide their units with trust and conviction.
