Military Nursing Service Commissions Forty Cadets at Bangalore Command Hospital

BANGALORE, May 8, 2026:-Forty nursing cadets from the College of Nursing at Command Hospital, Air Force Bangalore, were formally commissioned into the Military Nursing Service during a distinguished ceremony held at the Medical Training Centre Parade Ground.

Air Vice Marshal Naresh Saidha, Commandant of Command Hospital Air Force Bangalore, reviewed the passing out parade and oversaw the transition of the cadets into the ranks of the military.

The event marked a significant milestone for the new officers, signifying the end of their intensive training and the beginning of their professional service.

During the proceedings, the newly commissioned nursing officers took a solemn oath, pledging their unwavering commitment to serve the nation in both times of war and peace.

Addressing the gathering, Naresh Saidha congratulated the officers and their families, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and compassion. He urged the new graduates to uphold the storied traditions of the Military Nursing Service as they prepare to provide critical medical care to armed forces personnel.
