Lieutenant General Balbir Singh Calls on Lt Governor Manoj Sinha

Srinagar May 02,2026 :- Lieutenant General Balbir Singh, General Officer Commanding (GoC) of the 15 Corps, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today.

During the meeting, the two dignitaries discussed various matters related to the security scenario and ongoing efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.

The Lieutenant Governor appreciated the role of the Army in ensuring safety and supporting civil administration, while Lieutenant General Balbir Singh briefed him on the operational preparedness and recent developments within the Corps.

The interaction reflects continued coordination between the civil administration and the armed forces for strengthening security and development initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir.
