The individuals, identified as Javid Ahmed Dar of Kheribal Mattan and Suhail Ahmed Bhat of Krangsoo Mattan, both have extensive criminal histories involving multiple drug offenses. To neutralize their ongoing threat to the community, authorities placed both men under preventive detention.
