GOC Fire and Fury Corps reviews operational preparedness in forward areas
LEH, Jul 14 — Fire and Fury Corps General Officer Commanding Lieutenant General Madanraj Pande visited the forward areas of the Chumar Sub Sector and the Snow Leopard Brigade on Monday to review operational preparedness.
The visit focused on assessing military readiness within the challenging high-altitude environment. During the inspection, the Corps Commander reviewed specialized weaponry, extreme cold-weather survival equipment, and advanced surveillance assets deployed in the region.
He also interacted with personnel from the Indian Army and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, commending their professionalism, high standards of combat readiness, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the frontiers of the nation.
