Petrol and diesel prices hike across India today

NEW DELHI, May 15, 2026 :- Oil marketing companies increased petrol and diesel prices by 3 rupees across all variants on Friday morning following supply pressures linked to the West Asia conflict.

This hike applies to regular, premium, and high-octane fuels. In Delhi, regular petrol is now priced at 97.77 per litre while diesel has reached 90.67 per litre, reflecting a direct 3 rupee jump from previous rates.

The price surge has pushed fuel costs higher across various states, with Jaipur recording petrol at 107.97 and diesel at 93.23 per litre.

State-wise figures show Andhra Pradesh leading with the highest petrol price at 113.03, followed by Telangana at 110.89 and Kerala at 110.58.

The adjustments come as the global energy crisis continues to impact domestic rates, leaving Andaman and Nicobar with the lowest petrol price in the country at 84.99 per litre.
