Indian Army Commemorates First Anniversary of Operation Sindoor Across Northeast States

Imphal, May 9, 2026:- The Spear Corps and Assam Rifles celebrated the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor by organizing extensive community outreach programs across Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, and Tripura.

These initiatives were designed to inspire local youth and reinforce the bond between the security forces and the citizens. The events saw active participation from students, local residents, media personnel, and troops, fostering a spirit of national unity and cooperation throughout the Northeast region.
