Omar Abdullah discusses development and public welfare at Raabita outreach office
SRINAGAR, May 08 — Chief Minister Omar Abdullah hosted a series of meetings today at Raabita, his Public Services and Outreach Office, where he engaged with public representatives, various delegations, and individual citizens to address developmental and welfare concerns across Jammu and Kashmir.
During the session, MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq met with the Chief Minister to discuss the improvement of parks and gardens within his constituency, while MLA Banihal Sajad Shaheen raised several critical issues of public importance affecting his local area.The outreach event also saw participation from prominent social and religious figures, including Grand Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam, who discussed a variety of social matters with the Chief Minister.
Educationist G. N. Var expressed his appreciation for the passage of the Jammu and Kashmir Private Universities Bill and took the opportunity to highlight specific challenges currently facing the education sector. Additionally, former minister Javid Mustafa Mir held a separate meeting to brief the Chief Minister on administrative and public concerns.
Multiple delegations from across the Kashmir valley utilized the platform to voice local grievances and request government intervention for various community projects.
The Chief Minister listened to the concerns raised by each group and individual, assuring them that their suggestions and complaints would receive appropriate consideration.
