Drug Control Drive: Inspections and Prescription Audits Conducted in Kangan Market

Kangan April 04:- In compliance with the directions issued by the worthy SDM during the previous NCORD meeting, inspection of medical shops located near SDH Kangan and within the Kangan market was conducted.

The inspection team comprised Dr. Salma (MS, SDH Kangan), Dr. Shibeer Ahmad Bhat (ADC Ganderbal/Bandipora), Hadiya Shah (Drugs Control Officer, District Ganderbal), and officers from Police Station Kangan, including ASI Abdul Majeed.

During the course of inspection, two notices were issued to violators for non-compliance with the prescribed regulations.

Additionally, a prescription audit was carried out by the team in coordination with Dr. Majid from SDH Kangan.
