ASC Mountaineering Team Scales New Heights at Mt Kang YatseII
New Delhi June 17,2026 :- Lt Gen Mukesh Chadha, AVSM, SM, VSM, DGST & Senior Colonel Commandant, ASC, felicitated and flagged-in the ASC Mountaineering Team in presence of Lt Gen Ajay Ramdev, SM, Colonel Commandant (ASC), President SSCB & DGIT.
The pioneering team, comprising 04 Officers and 08 Jawans, including a Woman Officer, successfully summited Mt Kang Yatse II (6,250 m).
Undertaken under the aegis of Northern Command to commemorate the 12th ASC Reunion, the expedition epitomises courage, endurance, discipline and the indomitable spirit of ASC personnel and the Indian Army.
