UDHAMPUR, March 28, 2026 — Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Northern Command, presided over the Northern Command Investiture Ceremony 2026 today, celebrating the extraordinary bravery and distinguished service of India’s soldiers.

During the event held at Udhampur, the Army Commander presented 93 awards, including 52 individual honors and 41 unit citations, to personnel who demonstrated exceptional courage in the line of duty.
