Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah offer Eid ul Adha prayers at Hazratbal Shrine

SRINAGAR, May 27, 2026 — Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Farooq Abdullah and Vice President JKNC and Chief Minister of J&K Omar Abdullah offered Eid ul Adha prayers at the Asar-e-Sharief Dargah Hazratbal, joining thousands of devotees who had gathered at the holy shrine since early morning.

Following the congregational prayers, the leaders interacted with the public, extending warm greetings on the festive occasion and praying for peace, stability, and prosperity across the region.

Prior to attending the main prayers at Hazratbal, the leaders visited the Mazar-e-Qaid located at Naseem Bagh. During the visit, they offered Fatiha at the resting places of Sher-e-Kashmir and Madar-e-Meharban, paying their respects.
