Bilal Ahmed Rather Receives Best Drugs Control Officer Award in Daman

DAMAN — Bilal Ahmed Rather, the Drugs Control Officer for Jammu and Kashmir in the Bandipora District, has been honored with the Best Drugs Control Officer Award at the state level for 2025–26.
The accolade was presented during the 4th Annual Congress of the Drugs Control Officers Welfare Association of India, which took place at the Mirasol Resort in Daman.
The prestigious award recognizes Rather for his outstanding professional excellence, dedication, and integrity. It also highlights his significant contributions toward ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of medicines across the region.
